I am not a Doctor or Medical Professional in any way, shape, or form. I am just a concerned citizen who is tired of the way some doctors overmedicate their patients. Many of our health issues are caused by the very medicine they are prescribing. I am not against doctors or medicine, but am very interested in natural alternatives. On this page I am sharing some things I have learned. I cannot guarantee that they are 100% accurate, or safe. So if you are concerned, you can check things over with your health care professional.
I've included links to the sites that I received some of the information on this page from or that offer more information on the subjects I am sharing. I have not researched these individuals and am not promoting them or their web sites, I'm just passing on their link for the information it contains.
One morning I was reminded by our Creator that He obviously knows which herbs are important for our healing. So I decided to search for what herbs are mentioned in the Bible. I came across this website and am including the link for those of you who are interested. https://healthiersteps.com/the-12-healing-herbs-of-the-bible/
I would highly recommend watching this video by Barbara O'Neill - Heal the Heart and High Blood Pressure to begin this healthy journey. She is extremely knowledgeable yet easy to understand and enlightening to watch. I would recommend all of her videos. She has many informational videos on Natural Remedies. This was the first one I saw.
Listed below are a few of her suggestions to start with:
One of the most important natural remedies to good health is the simplest of all. Drink plenty of water. Barbara recommends to drink two quarts a day, optimally 1 quart per 50 lbs. of body weight. She suggests drinking it 1/2 cup at a time. But not during meals because it dilutes the digestive juices. If you get plenty of water it will clear up many of your health issues.
Most people are told to stay away from salt, but the body needs it. The salt to stay away from is white table salt. According to Barbara, Celtic Salt is the best choice, it is natural, packed with minerals, and hand processed with no bleach. She recommends eating a piece of it with a 1/2 a cup of water for an energy break. Pink Himalaya salt is also a good choice.
We all know that exercise is super important for our health. In Barbara's Heal the Heart and High Blood Pressure video, she recommends a daily exercise that hit the nail on the head for me. You do a strenuous cardiovascular exercise for 30 seconds (such as peddling fast, running fast, or jogging up a hill, chair jogging etc.) Then you do a recoup of mild exercise (such as peddling slow, walking, or slow, easy chair exercises) for 90 seconds. You repeat this 6 times and your done. So in less that 15 minutes you have done something that is amazing for your body. This is so much easier than most exercise programs. The 30 second hard pushes pass pretty quickly so you don't dread your workout. Then any other exercise you do throughout the day, such as walking, is just an added bonus. Its best not to do this after meals, If 30 seconds is to hard for you, you can start with15 and work up to 30.

Salt baths and foot baths help get toxins out of your system. They also promote a good night’s sleep. Here is a recipe from Dr. Sandra Rose Michael the creator of the EESystems featured in the quantum Healing video on my home page. She recommends a salt bath after using her system. But salt baths would be beneficial for detoxification at any time whether you've sat in the system or not.
For a foot bath use half of the above ingredients.
Allow yourself to soak and sweat in the tub 20-30 minutes. Sip water for hydration.
After the bath wash off any toxin residue with soap and water.
